The commitment and dedication to customers by FirstPort staff has been acknowledged with two employees gaining recognition at this year’s Property Management Awards.
The event, which was organised by News on the Block, took place at Wembley Stadium and gathered together the best in the industry to celebrate high levels of performance.
Sarah Belsham of FirstPort Bespoke Property Services won the prestigious award of Regional Property Manager of the Year, a great testament to her work and standing as a great ambassador for FirstPort.
Kirsty Taylor was also recognised at the event, being highly commended in the Young Property Manager of the Year category.
Nigel Howell, FirstPort Chief Executive, said:
“I am proud that we have some of the very best people in the industry working at FirstPort and I am thrilled that these stand-out individuals have been recognised, not just by their peers but by their customers too. FirstPort has recently welcomed new aspiring Property Managers into the business through our graduate training programme, and I hope that they will feel inspired and motivated to become the next generation of Property Management Award winners.”

Young Property Manager of the Year - Kirsty Taylor, FirstPort Bespoke Property Services
Kirsty has been with FirstPort for three years. Her role started as a Property Manager, which quickly led to a promotion of becoming a Senior Property Manager and she is now an Associate Director. Kirsty’s desire to improve, educate and build relationships with colleagues and clients has been pivotal to her success.
Here’s a few words on Kirsty from one WOW! Award nomination which was submitted recently:
“Kirsty goes the extra mile to help not only the block out, but to help the porters with any problems. She has made things run much better. She is like a life-line to myself dealing with the day-to-day running and managing for this block. I know myself and the Directors here are very grateful for all the hard work she does at FirstPort.”
