Building Access & Post Collection
As of Monday 9th September 2019, access to the building is restricted and returning to your flat should only be if absolutely necessary.
You will be escorted to your property by security, and out again. To make sure the security team are not overwhelmed, we are restricting any access visits to 15 minutes between 10am-12pm and 6pm-8pm each day. In order for us to manage your expectations, we would prefer if you could contact the concierge desk in advance of any attendance please to save you waiting for a security guard to be available to escort you.
In addition, you can access the building to collect your post at any time, and collect your parcels during Ife’s normal working hours.
No access will be permitted outside of the advised times. We apologise for this inconvenience, however, these are necessary to ensure your ongoing safety, and to enable further investigations and works to take place.
Allowance payment forms for temporary relocation.
As you’ll be aware from our previous communications, you can claim an allowance intended to cover incidental costs such as food, laundry and other expenses you may incur as a result of having to leave your home.
