An in-depth study of Resident Directors’ expectations and experiences

We’re delighted to share the findings from our first annual Resident Director Survey. Taking an in-depth look into the experiences and expectations of RMC Directors and RTM Directors across England and Wales, our report explores these findings and considers what the future holds for resident managed developments.

It’s no surprise that 70% of Resident Directors took on their role because of a sense of pride in their development, and we’re proud to help more than 1,000 resident managed communities make sure they’re great places to live.

With 70% of Resident Directors only spending ten hours or less a month on their role, and possible legislative changes like the Building Safety Bill on the horizon, our survey highlights just how important it is for RMC and RTM Directors to have the right support.
