The Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) register is designed for residents living in high‑risk buildings who may need extra support to leave the building safely during an emergency. This can include individuals with mobility issues, sensory impairments, or any other accessibility needs.

By registering, you help building management and emergency services understand the type of assistance you may require during an evacuation.

Once you have completed this form, we will be in contact to arrange a Person‑Centred Fire Risk Assessment (PCFRA). This is a short, in‑person meeting to help us understand your needs and any support you may require.
