Yes! This free guide has been developed to help you find what you need on My Home.

I’m having trouble registering.
What should I do?

If your registration attempt is unsuccessful, a message will appear that gives you the option to try again or create a case which will be sent to our Property Specialist team. They will investigate the issue and email you back within 72 hours.

Please ensure you are using the correct email, address, and postcode associated with your account, without any spaces at the beginning or end.

Question 3

Where can I find my invoice on My Home?

You’ll find your invoices on the ‘Finance’ page on My Home. Here, you’ll also be able to print and export your invoices.

Question 4

Why don’t I have access to finances on My Home?

If you don’t have access rights to view finances, you’ll see a message indicating this when selecting the ‘Finance’ page.

To gain access, the unit owner must update your approval settings.

Please note that tenants do not have access to financial information.
