I hereby authorise FirstPort and their appointed contractors or representatives to access my apartment for the purpose of carrying out the required electrical reinstatement, inspection and associated works.

I understand that:

access will be limited to what is reasonably required to undertake the necessary works, inspections and associated activities;
authorised contractors or representatives may need to enter the apartment to complete these works;
reasonable steps will be taken to secure my apartment following completion of the access;
this authorisation relates specifically to the works associated with the current reinstatement of Neutron Tower and does not constitute an ongoing or annual authority to enter my apartment.
