I hereby authorise FirstPort and their appointed contractors or representatives to access my apartment for the purpose of carrying out the required electrical reinstatement, inspection and associated works.

I understand that:

access will be limited to what is reasonably required to undertake the necessary works, inspections and associated activities;
authorised contractors or representatives may need to enter the apartment to complete these works;
reasonable steps will be taken to secure my apartment following completion of the access;
this authorisation relates specifically to the works associated with the current reinstatement of Neutron Tower and does not constitute an ongoing or annual authority to enter my apartment.

I consent to my personal details being shared with the relevant third parties involved in the works, solely for the purpose of arranging and facilitating access to my property to carry out electrical testing, heat sensor inspections and related safety checks.
