Four quick and simple meals to cook at home

We know lots of people are taking the opportunity to cook more while they’re at home at the moment, so we hope these recipes will help you to get creative in the kitchen!  Here are four quick, simple and tasty recipes designed for one but are easily scaled up if you’re cooking for more.
