Given our extensive experience, we are more than familiar with the financial complexities of high value residential assets. We work closely with developers to help them achieve their financial goals and operate to the highest levels of regulation and integrity. This includes making sure all service charges are collected and held in trust.
Our mobilisation process for residential and mixed used buildings is proven and trusted. Delivered by our dedicated mobilisation team, our customer-focused approach makes sure every detail, process and service is ready to go the moment our clients are. We mobilised over 15,500 units in 2022 alone.
Our in-house procurement team uses a proven and comprehensive process to source trusted contractors, who meet the standards, value and service we expect. All our suppliers must pass our robust accreditation process, which includes health and safety compliance and due diligence checks.
We’re the first managing agent to appoint a dedicated Sustainability Manager and are working with the Carbon Trust to reduce our carbon footprint. We’re also ISO 14001-certified and are delivering numerous conservation, biodiversity, waste management, recycling and reuse initiatives with clients and contractors.
We’re not just focused on looking after bricks and mortar, we are passionate about building communities. We put customer interaction at the heart of everything we do – our staff work with customers and residents’ associations to organise activities that bring everyone together, such as charity fundraisers and summer barbecues.
