The health and safety of our customers, clients and contractors is our number one priority. That’s why you’ll find we’re the only property management company in the UK to have been awarded five stars in every British Safety Council audit since 2016.

  • We also hold the ISO 45001 certification for occupational health and safety management
  • Our data and technology-led approach mitigates risk and protects your assets and people’s homes by allowing us to efficiently plan and schedule routine statutory inspections and store compliance documentation
  • Meanwhile, our dedicated Health and Safety Team makes sure all the developments we manage are guided by best practice and comply with the latest health and safety legislation and regulations

How we work

Our Health and Safety Team conducts audits of processes, records and activities to make sure all of the required health and safety advice has been implemented and is understood development-wide.

We also make sure fire, health and safety, water, environmental and any other applicable risk assessments are in place and regularly updated. This includes completing remedial work within the designated timeframes.

Maintaining our five-star status

Our staff take part in mandatory health and safety training, with some team members being required to complete additional training, depending on their job role and responsibilities. This includes Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) qualifications.
