The Property Institute (TPI) has conducted a comprehensive review of service charge costs and pressure. This compiles development-specific data which has been anonymised to create a Service Charge Index, aiming to offer insight into increases in service charge costs.
The Index includes properties across England and Wales, of all heights, and a mix of buildings owned by a third-party landlord/freeholder and those that are leaseholder-controlled or owned, and freehold estates.
