Accessing our updated My Home customer portal

Our My Home customer portal has a fresh new look and feel. The updated features make it quicker and easier for you to manage your account online.

Existing My Home users

Users who have reset their password since the portal update on 30 April 2024: You’re all set, and you can log in to your account as usual here.

Users who have not logged in since the portal update on 30 April 2024: There’s no need to re-register your account. All you need to do is reset your password in five easy steps:

  1. Click here to reset your password.
  2. Enter your email or login as directed. Make sure to use the registered email address for your existing My Home account – the password recovery link will be sent to this address.
  3. Click ‘Recover Password.’ A pop-up message will confirm that an email has been sent.
  4. Check your registered email account for a ‘password recovery’ email. If it’s not in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
  5. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. Your new password must contain a minimum of 13 characters and a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.
