FirstPort colleagues named among industry’s finest

We’re proud to announce that three of our colleagues have been recognised for their contribution to property management, as part of Flat Living’s Property Management 50! 

Property Management 50 celebrates key contributions of 50 professionals working across all levels of the residential property management industry, who through their individual roles, have demonstrated excellence and driven standards. 

FirstPort’s Head of Legal, Lucie-Anne Rhodes was named in the Influencer category. Upon her appointment at FirstPort, Lucie-Anne led an overhaul of the business’ in-house capabilities, assembling and leading a new team, with industry-specific experience and knowledge across all areas of the business. 

As the number of units under FirstPort’s management increased significantly throughout the year, Lucie-Anne has expertly led her team to allow them can continue to support all areas of the business – new and existing – to a really high standard. She is praised as being knowledgeable, helpful, patient, with a breath-of-fresh-air approach, and for bringing considerable effectiveness and positive influence to both colleague and client relations. 

Two more FirstPort colleagues were also named in the Property Manager category. Regional Manager, Carly Charles was recognised for her work, leading a team of property managers which cares for over 7,000 homes across London and the South East. 

In the same category, Development Manager, Ronan Jouffe was also named, in recognition of his successful progression from concierge to manager of the Odyssey development in East London. In this role, Ronan co-ordinated a complex programme of improvement works across the development and kept residents safe throughout the pandemic, whilst managing the day-to-day requirements of a large-scale residential development. In addition, Ronan continues to drive change throughout the business, through his role as a founder member of FirstPort’s Diversity Working Group.
