Phil Heywood has been appointed by FirstPort to manage its team of eight Regional Managers in its Large and Complex brand.
As Operations Manager he will oversee 68 developments consisting of 38,000 homes. The role involves making the experience of its residential customers at their homes as enjoyable and effortless as possible. He was formerly a Regional Manager for developments in London and joined FirstPort in January 2017.
FirstPort’s Large and Complex division continues to grow at pace so the role of Operations Manager provides oversight for the Regional Managers to ensure FirstPort’s day to day work is never derailed on the developments.
