The new My Home is coming soon

Our new My Home customer portal will be launching shortly with improvements and new features that will make it quicker and easier for you to deal with us online.

The updated portal lets you:

Stay informed

  • Access your important documents including letters, insurance certificates, development budgets, year-end accounts, and inspection reports. 
  • Receive notifications when a new document is waiting for you. 
  • Receive notifications about important service-related information.

Manage payments

  • Pay your bill online. 
  • Check your account balance. 
  • See when a payment is due. 
  • Set up a Direct Debit.  
  • Access financial documents including invoices and account statements.

Set preferences

  • Opt-in to e-billing.
  • Set your communication preferences.

Raise maintenance issues

  • Raise maintenance requests. 
  • Check the status of repairs, including those raised by your neighbours. 
  • Receive updates on maintenance and repairs.

Hear the latest

  • Find out what’s happening at your development – eg: When your Property Manager is on-site, when planned maintenance is happening, or if there’s an event coming up.

Manage approved contacts

  • Set up and manage approved contacts also able to access your My Home account. 

Update your details

  • Update your correspondence address. 
  • Update your contact numbers.

  • Read FAQs about using the customer portal and common customer service enquiries. 

You don’t need to do anything ahead of the switch. Just keep an eye on your emails and we’ll be in touch shortly with instructions on how to access the new My Home.

IMPORTANT: Please note from Thursday 25 April to Tuesday 30 April, we will be making preparations for the upgrade to the new My Home.

During this time, you will still be able to log in and view any documents. However, no new documents will be uploaded, and you will be unable to raise a case via webform.
