How we work

Our property managers are supported by dedicated in-house teams specialising in health and safety, major works, surveying, procurement, finance, legal, insurance, HR and compliance.

They are based locally, which enables our developments to be supported by local teams that regularly visit the developments, establish long-term relationships with residents and make sure the site receives a quality service.
