Our principles
Health & Safety – Our Priority
Supported by our expert health & safety in-house specialists, we are celebrating a decade of four and five-star ratings from the British Safety Council. We also hold the ISO 45001 certification for Occupational Health and Safety Management.
Honest Communication
We aim to be proactive and transparent in all our communications with residents about their homes. This is supported by, My Home, our online customer account portal, where residents can access invoices and make payments, raise repairs and stay up to date with news and updates. Our on site-teams visit developments regularly and provide opportunities for resident surgeries and meetings, either online or in person.
Healthy Estate Finances
Our team of highly skilled Service Charge Accountants work closely with our Property Managers to produce detailed estimated service charge costs that ensure value for money while maintaining a safe and well-managed environment.
In recent years, we have seen escalating costs, beyond our control, however, our teams do everything they can to keep any increases to a minimum.
According to The Property Institute’s Service Charge Interest, cost increases across England and Wales have included key areas such as building insurance, utilities, repairs, and staffing, alongside the financial impact of new building safety regulations.
When working with Resident Directors and Developers, we’re committed to being open about how we manage your development’s budget and provide value for money.
Environment
It’s important that our work has a positive impact on the environment
We aim to shape, maintain and nurture the developments we manage with care, consideration and community at the heart.
We have obtained the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 14001 Environmental Management Certification, reinforcing our commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainability.
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment is:
- To make a positive impact for the benefit of the communities in which we operate, for example, with community tree planting and our participation in the Great British Beach Clean.
- To always seek to enhance our residential communities by encouraging a culture of community spirit.
