As part of the Chamonix Estates’ rebrand to FirstPort, you now have a new customer account number, which you should have received by email or by post. Please have this reference to hand when you contact us in future as it will make the process easier and quicker for you.
Introducing My Home
We’re pleased to let you know that you can now register to My Home, our online customer account that gives you all the information about your property wherever and whenever you need it. My Home replaces Chamonix’s Payment Portal and Property Issue Management System, so it’s important you register to continue accessing these services.
If you are currently registered for e-billing this will continue. When you first log in to My Home, you’ll have the opportunity to reconfirm your communication preferences.
In just a few clicks, swipes or taps, My Home lets you:
- Stay up to date with the latest activity on your development
- Keep a close eye on your account balance and pay your service charges online
- Notify any maintenance issues
- Hear about FirstPort visits, on-site events and upcoming projects
