Our Midlands team, led by Gareth Cayford, our Director in the region, and based in the city centre, manages a variety of developments every day. With established local knowledge and decades of experience across the region, we deliver responsive service when problems arise, proactive maintenance to prevent issues developing, and clear communication with residents and clients.
Working in partnership with you, we will:
- Maintain your property and manage contractors, repairs, and major works
- Ensure health and safety, fire risk assessment and asset compliance
- Deliver strong financial management – from issuing service charge estimates and accounts, to collecting payments
- Provide regular reporting and clear, consistent communication
- Support a seamless transition with our dedicated onboarding team
