Accessing our updated My Home customer portal
Our My Home customer portal has been refreshed with a new look and improved functionality, making it quicker and easier for you to manage your account online.
The updated portal provides access to more account, financial, and property information in one place, with a modern, mobile-friendly design.
Existing My Home users
No action is required if you already have a My Home account. Your existing login details will remain the same, and you will not need to re-register.
To help keep your account secure, we have introduced two-factor authentication (2FA). When signing in, a verification code will be sent to your registered email address. Simply enter this code to complete the login process.
In some cases, you may need to clear your browser cache to ensure you can see the latest version of the portal and all recent updates.
How to clear your browser cache: the process may vary slightly depending on your browser, but generally you can: Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear Browsing Data → Select ‘Cached images and files’ → Clear Data
New My Home users
If you have not previously registered for My Home, you can create an account using the registration link on the login page.
During the registration process, you may be asked to provide information to help us verify your account. If you experience any issues, additional instructions will be displayed on screen to help you complete your registration. If you still need assistance, please contact us.
My Home customer user guide
We have created a comprehensive user guide to help you get the most from My Home. Whether you want to stay up to date with the latest activity on your development, view your account balance and transaction history, pay your service charge online, or report maintenance issues and requests, the guide will walk you through the key features and functionality available within the portal.
