1. I am a solicitor and I need contact details for FirstPort Property Transfer department?

We recognise that there has been an unprecedented increase in property sales and we understand that some of our customers are experiencing delays in getting information that is critical to their property sale. We have recently increased the size of our Property Transfer team to help deal with the additional demand, please bear with us as we work through the high volumes of both new and existing sale cases.

2. I am a solicitor instructed on behalf of a FirstPort customer and need to know who to contact regarding a sale?

As a legal representative, we ask that you contact us to make us aware of the impending sale as we can provide additional services to help facilitate the sale process. We will liaise directly with you during the sale process through our specialist Property Transfer department.

3. I am a solicitor acting on a re-mortgage of a FirstPort property or an equity release, who do I contact?

Often a solicitor is appointed as part of the re-mortgage / transfer of equity process. We can provide additional services to help facilitate this process including providing development and property specific information.
