How do I update my account details?

Your account

We know that there may be circumstances where you may need to inform us of any changes to your account details, for instance, a change of address or contact details. We aim to make this process as simple and easy as possible for you.

Please sign in to your account and change your details inside the system. If, however, you cannot access your account, please do let us know using an email address below:

Update your payment details

When you pay your service charge should be outlined in the terms of your lease. If you wish to set up a regular direct debit to pay your service charge then a £24 fee will be applied to your account to cover the extra administration involved. Simply contact our customer service team to set up a regular direct debit for your service charge.
