The responsibility of maintaining the windows tends to be the leaseholders.
However, in some instances, the leaseholders may only be responsible for the glass of the window and FirstPort responsible for the frames. Always check your lease if you are unsure. If you do not have a copy of your lease, you can request one from Land Registry.
If you are a freeholder, the responsibility of the windows is solely yours.
