If you are wish to raise or track a job, you can sign up or log in to your account. Once you’ve logged in, you can visit our ‘Maintenance Updates’ page which will provide you with various dropdowns:
- Major Works
- Recent Jobs
- Completed Reactive Repairs
- Planned Jobs
- View All Jobs
You can see the ‘Status’ of the job which our contractor will input as the progress happens. By clicking on ‘View’ on the relevant job you can see when the contractor will be attending site under the ‘Next site visit’ header.
You can also turn on notifications to get updates on maintenance issues on site. You can choose to receive these either via email or text message. Simply go to ‘My Profile’ where you can choose your own notification preferences.
If you are unable to see the details you require for an order, please make a note of the order number on the screen and contact our Customer Services department who will be able to help.
If you live in a development that was managed by Chamonix Estates, then you can use our Property Issue Management System to raise a new job.
